The group of 15 includes members of watershed groups, non-governmental organizations, industry, First Nations, regional service commissions and departmental staff. Stephanie Merrill, Vice-President of the NWAI was selected as a member.
The DELG has formed the working group to design a clear and concise management framework for watershed management. The management framework will enable the province to develop a provincial water strategy.
